Test Day 2 is in the books! Today’s 4:15pm class attacks their 2000m row time trial. We will retest these exact movements in 8 weeks, providing observable, measurable, and repeatable results.

Turkish Get-Ups x 2-3 reps, each arm
KB Romanian Deadlifts x 6-8 reps each leg
Push-ups x 12-15 reps
