Clean and Jerk progressions.

Open Gym/ CWOD:
P1. Clean complex: 5 sets, increasing each round to the heaviest possible set.
1 Clean pull, 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 clean, 1 jerk. Bar must never be put down or dropped on floor, all touch and go reps.
P2. AMRAP 15 min: 2 muscle up, 4 power clean (85% of todays heaviest complex weight), 250m. Row
