As most of you know, the benefits of consistent crossfit training are hard to equal,never mind beat. Consistency pays off…and that means consistency throughout the day as well as week to week.

WOD: Part 1: Back Squat 5×5
begin with 50% of 1rm for a few rnds to warmup, then increment to a solid heavy set of 5.
