This Saturday is our 1 year anniversary party and fundraising event for Barbells for Boobs & the Olcott Center. Plan on attending to donate to these causes and help us celebrate 1 year in Btown! (Even if you don’t plan to participate in the WOD, at least stop in and say hello!)

WOD: Part 1: Clean pull. Positions.
Part 2: 3 Position power clean. Floor, knee, mid thigh.
Part 3: 5 min clock:
At the start of each min. perform 8 burpees, with remaining time in the minute perform as many KB swings as possible (35,53#)
