Part 1: High Hang Clean + Jerk progressions
Part 2: 3-5 x (incrementing wt.) High Hang Clean + Front Squat + 2 Jerk (3 sec pause in jerk pos.)
*Concentrate on Positioning! You should not have to readjust your feet or bar position on shoulders between the clean and front squat-they should be 1 in the same.

2. 5 Rounds: 5 Heavy Back Squats (you pick wt.), Max unbroken Muscle-ups
Rest 2 min between rounds.
