Mobility: Hips on box and foam roll keg drill

Team WOD: (with thanks to Crossfit Invictus) 2 man teams-
10 rds: 10 Thrusters (115#/ 75#), 10 Pullups, 400M run
1 person works at a time, 1 task at a time. ie. A does 10 Thrusters, B does 10 Pullups, A does 400 M run, B does 10 Thrusters, A does 10 Pullups, B runs 400 M. Each partner will do 50 thrusters, 50 pullups and run 1 1/4mile.
