We will still be having our regularly scheduled olympic Lifting class.
Clean and Jerk progressions.

P1. Clean complex: 5 sets, increasing each round to the heaviest possible set.
1 Clean pull, 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 clean, 1 jerk. Bar must never be put down or dropped on floor, all touch and go reps.
