CrossFit is a community of special people. We need to spend some time looking around at what an amazing collection of athletes we have playing our sport. It’s a sport where only one athlete competes at a time, but each represents a team of people who have helped along the way.

Mobility: Basic Upper Body Mobility List, The Lower Body Basic List
(Accumulate 10min of Mobility)

Team WOD: 4 person Teams:
10 min running clock
8 min AMRAP: 2 people deadlifting (135,225), 2 people double-unders
(team mates rotate stations every 2 min)
with remaining 2 min: AMRAP burpees!
(all team mates move on burpees at same time)

Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 10-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
