    THROWDOWN SERIES
    CrossFit Affiliate throwdown series!

    First event will be Saturday February 26th, @ 11am.  Throwdown workouts will be held on the last Saturday of February, March, April, May and June.  All members who attend class on these days will complete the workout individually.  For members who PAY to participate in the Throwdown, this class will not count towards your weekly attendance and your results will be submitted to the Throwdown Series.  For members who DO NOT PAY to participate in the throwdown, you will still complete the Throwdown WOD, your attendance will still count towards your weekly attendance, but results will not be submitted for competition.

FORMAT:

•5 events: competitors worldwide

•Last weekend of each month from February to June

•2-day Finals held August 13-14

•Cash prizes awarded each event

•More competitors means more prize money

• Best 3 of 5 scores advance to the finals in August

WHO:

•Individual athletes – open to everyone (cash & prizes)

•Affiliate Award (sponsor prizes & cash in select regions)

Scaling is allowed – not eligible for cash prizes

•No ringers – no cash to former CF Games participants

WHERE & WHEN:

•Affiliate gyms worldwide (Hoosier CrossFit!)

•Last weekend of every month from February to June

• Final event in August for top male and female athletes

COST:
•$7 for each event
