Leadership is “organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal”. The leader may or may not have any formal authority. Studies of leadership have produced theories involving traits,[2] situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values,[3] charisma, and intelligence, among others. Somebody whom people follow: somebody who guides or directs others.

Skill: Handstand skill work, steps 1-4. (8-12 min.)

WOD: 1 min of strict pull-ups (least assistance possible, but not to early failure), 1 min sled pushes with partner (empty sled for beginners, 25# for stronger females, 45# for stronger males) (p1 pushes down, p2 pushes back), then 1 min rest.
– 2-3 person teams on sled pushes, then they split up for the strict pull-ups to perform reps on their own.
Each person should accomplish a total of 5 rounds strict pull-ups, 5 rounds of sled pushes, 5 rounds of rest. (15 min total)
*post assistance on pull-ups and reps completed each round for pull-ups.
