Mobility: Overhead shoulder band distraction, ring shoulders

WOD:
1.  ”10 Minutes of Gymnastics”
3 unbroken Muscle ups on the minute
Scale with the following:
3 Muscle ups on the minute, 10 Pull ups on the minute,12 Jumping Pull ups on the minute
2.  GHD Sit ups
3 x 20-30 reps, rest as needed between sets
3.  Double under Test
3 rounds for max reps of:
2 minutes Double unders, 1 minute rest between rounds.
