October is Breast Cancer awareness month and Hoosier CrossFit wants to help make a difference by supporting a local Bloomington Charity. “Grace” is a benchmark workout, 30 floor-shoulder-overhead (power clean and jerk) for time.

WOD: 2 person teams.
Running clock. 5 rounds, 3 min each round. (15 min total)
Team partner 1 rows max calories in 1 min, then immediately get off rower and completes 12 box jumps (20,24”) & 12 russian KB swings (35,53#) with the remaining 2 min.
As team partner 1 is getting off rower, team partner 2 gets on rower and rows max calories for 1 min and completes same work just 1 min behind team partner 1.
The team completes this work through 5 rounds and accumulates max calories as a team.
