*40 medball situp-wall shot (14,20)

40 medball situp-wall shot
30 pistols (15 per leg)
20 pullups
10 power snatch+overhead squat
*(feet against wall, abmat for situp while holding medball at chest, situp and throw medball up at wall to highest possible target)
