2 WallBall (14,20), 2 double-under, 2 toe-bar
+add 2 per round until you hit 12 min:
Ex. 4WB, 4DU, 4TTB
6 WB, 6DU, 6TTB
8 WB, 8DU, 8TTB
10WB, 10DU, 10TTB..
continuing until the clock hits 12min.

    Next CF open workout:

    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
    9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
    12 Push-ups
    15 Box jumps (24″)

    Another mid-range time domain with some gymnastics and lifting. What does week 3 hold? I bet it is a max lift of some sort!!!
