Today’s Post is dedicated to information and news on our 6 week Paleo Challenge beginning on Monday January 10th.
It’s our favorite time of the year when we get revved up to get into shape, mind and body! We want YOU to be a part of the Hoosier CrossFit 6 week challenge!
- Do you want to establish healthy eating habits, and stop craving bad foods?
- Do you want to feel energized all day long?
- Do you want to sleep better?
- Do you want to lose inches around your legs, waist, and arms?
- Do you want to get toned and build lean muscle?
Anyone can participate in the challenge for free; however, there is a $30 entry fee if you would like to be eligible for the Grand Prize: 1 hour massage with Quest Chiropractic, Robb Wolf’s The Paleo Solution, and 2 free Olympic Lifting private training classes with Hoosier CrossFit.
How can you win?
- Following our Paleo schedule week to week.
- Hold yourself accountable to the Challenge Rules and posting in your private journal every single day.
- Attending WODS at least 3 time per week.
- Effort- Anyone can win this challenge regardless of fitness level. At the end of the 6 weeks, there’s always someone who gives it their all. This person logs everything they eat, attends WODs regularly, pushes their body to the limits, and does very little complaining about their limitations and weaknesses. Are you a winner?
