Mobility: Hips & you pick!

WOD: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1: Burpees
5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50: double-unders
100 meter run after each round (purple bus and back)
(Do 10 burpees, 5 DU, 1 run, then 9 Burpees 10 DU, 1 run.. etc until finished!)
